No doctor-patient relationship
Using this website or submitting a form does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins when your child is seen at our office.
In an emergency
This website is never the right place for an emergency. If your child has a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent questions after hours, call our office and follow the prompts to reach the on-call nurse.
Accuracy
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Details such as hours, providers, and the visit schedule may change.
